well that's the good thing about the autarch, he already comes loaded with gear
3+/4+ save, a pistol, plasma and (more importantly) haywire grenades, plus fleet of foot means all he
really needs is a pointy stick for the assult phase. anything else is just window dressing. also, the cheaper he is the fewer points he gives away when he dies
