Eye dropper? I just use coffee stirers (straws also work) and put my finger on one end. I don't care about what colours they are getting rid of as I mix most of my paints, like the yellow I use for the eagles on my marines' chest and banner poles is a mix of 5 to 1/4 (about a drop) sunburst yellow and blood red and makes a very nice golden orange.

Or the flesh on them is 3 to 1 tallarn flesh and white.

Too bad for those that do use them, stock up where can find them I guess!
