all in all not a bad start however:
the Grave Guard are not going to last at that size.

you can keep your skeletons and ghouls smaller to compensate and enlarge them later on with IoN. basically my build for the core units would be 14 strong including command.

you could possibly do with a couple of small units of Dire Wolves too - just to support the Varghulf.

i know you love Vlad, so i won't say to change him, but you would probably be better off with the other vamps being 'self builds'. something like Vamp w/ summon Ghouls/Lord of the Dead, Dark Acolyte, Book of Arkham, Cadaverous Cuirass.

and another with the same bloodline powers but with Sceptre de Noirot, Flayed Hauberk.

basically you need to up your magic ability.
