i disagree the powerfist reducing your int to 1 is always a consideration. if you don't want to go last don't take the fist, in large squads i can see that it would not really matter and with the new codexs removing wargear you can't really make a super power sergeant anymore anyway. I always considered the powerfist rather fair since the trade off with intiative could mean that he never gets a chance to go before being disenboweled. so requireing you to have two is totally ridiculous, but does that you can carry a bolter with 2 fists?? model that one i dare you, and on top of that does anyone have any right handed powerfists there all left handed to my knowledge so how do you model.
