If that chapter works the way I think it does in recruiting marines, they would have been hunted out and purged by the Inquisition (and numerous SM chapters) long ago as a serious danger and threat to the stability of the Adeptus Astartes.
Unless of course this was a choas/renegades list, in which case it would be perfectly acceptible. You can easly use the CSM army list to represent excommunicated but still loyalist chapters, it just represents their being cut off from imperial society and resources. |
