Yes, but you want to be able to take the terrain off the table. When it comes time to play, you want to be able to alternate placing of terrain with your opponent. Don't cover the table with terrain and keep it there. Normally, I use enough terrain pieces to cover about half the table, so the other half is not "Difficult Terrain". Nobody wants to play on a table that is all difficult terrain. |
