Ultra Marines and their successors fall all the time...
There is a big story in the CSM Codex detailing the fall of a squad of Ultra Marines...Since Ultra marines and their successors make up the majority of the Space Marines in the modern Imperium then I'd also assume that the majority of CSM that turned after the Heresy are of Ultra Marine or a successor's chapter.
Its the Grey Knight and Iron Hands that don't have a single fallen marine.
