In the Runes section of the Book, Just before the Army List. There are five or six differen types of runes. The last are the Engineering Runes. Basically, these can be placed on these guns...
Cannon
Grudge Thrower
Spear Thrower or w/e.
As the other artillery are far too new fangled for the dwarfs as of yet.
If you have any other questions about Dwarfs, ask me and I can give you a hand. I have about 4k points of Dwarves with the plans for far more.
