When has been the slowest time has ever seemed to you?

Mine, starts in the DMV! (don't it sound slow already) I was getting my license and due to a crowd and a error on my permit I was there for 8 count them 8 hours. By the time I got it I don't think I could remember my own name let alone how to drive, I'm not even sure how I passed. I probably looked like frankenstein by the end.

Employee: "And what's your name?"
Me: "Aaeerrrr"
Employee: "Ok please step over here to have your picture taken" (Snap)
Me: "Aaeeeerrrrr ahhhh.....fire bad"(starts trashing the place)
