i had a friend who had Chron's. no disease is good, but that one is really tough. during her treatment she had to "eat" intravenously. basically, they hook you up to an IV and you get nutrients that way. all the digestive tract does is break down your food into the basic stuff, and this way they just skip it and give you the basic stuff right into your blood. she had it really badly, but shes ok now. i hope the same for you man!
