White base coat ... wash ... dry brush, has always been the easiest way to go for me. I have seen other methods which give incredible results, but those are not the quick & simple solutions you are looking for.
If the spray cans are not available to you, then get a good sized bottle of white paint (applebarrel, folk art or equal) thin down a bit to give a smooth coat and get a good sized brush. Then go to town and primer. |
