Now with Necrons!
My first batch of four Necrons arrived this morning:
And this is what I'm doing with them:
You wouldn't believe how much taller they are when they stand up! I'll do a scale pic at some point so you can see how they look. I got the idea from someone on Warseer. I'll work out who so he can get due kudos for the inspiration. This guy took me about 30 mins, but I think I can cut that down to 10-15 mins per model once I've got the hang of things. Still, it's going to be time-consuming. I guess that's a good reason to get started ASAP.
There isn't a start date to this TOXG, is there? I sure hope not.
Anyway, at the moment, I plan to make four squads of 10, plus a Lord with Res Orb and Cloak of Darkness to start me off (at about 1000 points). Then I'll fill out the next 500 points with Immortals, Scarab Swarms and something else (probably Destroyers, but maybe Wraiths or Flayed ones).
