reapers in my opinion shuld be used to give covering fire dwon fire lanes to support your avengers or CC units. the tempest could very well blow whole guard units to smitherines.

warp spiders are good cuz they are an all around unit that is fast.pop light tanks,assault regular guardsmen to pin em down for ypu assault units,assault tau and watch them do nothing. also they are also good against MEQs or other units just because of the sheer amount of armor saves they will be taking.

oh and another mean combo is eldrad with reapers.deploy them in really stupid places and watch your opponent deploy things in the open and then you redeploy and he is facing a guided reaper unit (2 if your really mean)

i normally take full units of dragons so that they can do something else besides kill
tanks.

i dont have a fire prism but i think it would do better with another fire prism.

again havent used my spears yet but the way you plan on using them sems a very valid tactic

since you face guard alot that much shuriken could become necessary
