Squigs are a tyranid organism, that use Ork DNA. The orks found that these creatures are 'Orky' and began using them e.g pets. Squigs quickly integrated into ork society, and are now common amoung the ork settlements. On the tyranid side, the squigs eventually turned into rippers early on in GW history. As mentioned, they also multiply and spred by using spores, which eventually mature to produce more squigs. Snotlings are commonly used to harves squigs becuase of their many uses. |
