As for combat. Here we go.
I've always texted RPed (not Pen and Paper, like DnD) that during a fight seen, the indivual authors type out the battle from their chars point of view. So, if I'm an IG, I shoot an ork and kill him. We're fighting a mob of 20 orks. And so there are now 19. Then the next guy, a Commissar, kills five. The GM says thats to uber (super, or whatever) for a commissar, and he reduces it to 3, 16 left. Ect.
