I think a good way of putting it is the ork mech boyz are on the same skill as a redneck mechanic. (except the ork will actually do something everyonce in a while that will have an impact or cause one)
they both can be ignorant, duck tape fixes everything, and the better the paint job the faster it will go. also if they both smack it enough times it will start sooner or later
