creating your ouwn transfers is quite simple really - once you find the design you want, just photoshop it to scale it down to proper size!
most decent photo stores carry transfer paper for use in printers, just ask the staff who hopefully know what they're doing!
(you might want to bring along a regular gw transfer sheet just to show them what you're lookng for...)
a couple of my mates do this to create their own custom chapter's transfers...
