Yeah! They should do it from the point of view of an Inquisitor! Potential for followers, lots of different weapon types, and twisting intricate plotlines! Plus, you're not bound by anything. Example: a Marine would be a bad idea because he has to obey orders and go where his superiors tell him to. An Inquisitor can get himself mixed up in whatever he wants! Perhaps Eldar Corsairs, Kroot Mercenaries, and some other characters could come into play to vary the experience.
