Inquisitor Heroka Vendile, Ordos Xeno (He doesn't dable in chaos, he is a Blunt, he just has an unusual view of the Imperium and how much he is expected to do to help protect it. He also has contact with a large number of sentient alien races, exploiting them whenever possible.)
