The battle was almost over, the baslisks were all but gone and the mass of grots of the hill, without their slaver masters, were running amok and panicking.
The squad quickly jumped into the chimera atthe sound of an oncoming mob. Once inside, they heard the loud, annoying, and inaccurate fire of ork shootas.
As they left the hill, the seargant said, "Good work men. I've never seen a group of conscripts perform as well as you have, and, in fact, I'm going to make sure the captain hears that."
The men offered their thanks, and then silenced as they waited for the chimera to halt, back at the Imperial Line.
OOC: Okay, batte over, great work everyone! Sorry, I took so long, but I've been lazy. I'm not sure if Leanelganor will be able to post anymore as he is studying like a madman for his upcoming exams, and won't be able to come to visit me for the next 2 weeks (e.g. he's been locked in his house by his parents).
Okay, I'm thinking that I'm going close this thread soon, it was a good intro thread to see how RPing on this board would be, and now I think we can go onto some more open ended Rping... mainly, a Rogue Trader crew.
