It is actually possible for me to out shoot Tau and Guard. Big shootas have a 36" range w/ assault 3 and I can have a whole lot of them also I do have the ability to fight in hand to had still, cause I'm still an Ork. The focus on shooting is just to have fun before I run into the think of it and bash people in the face with the big guns that I was carrying around. Your guys advice is right it isn't gonna be easy but I've never played an easy army (with the exception of my Ogre Kingdoms...maybe they are a little too good.) Gotta make this game challenging and fun or else you end up being that 40 year old guy preaching statistics and rules lawyering to doe eyed 12 year olds.
