Indeed. Chaos really gets a bit fudged on the havocs though. Atleast marines get all the weapons they actually need, in a good quantity. I hope GW dosen't go back to the 'you have to buy this box to make these bits work.'. If they do, i'm feeling an angry mob coming on!
