*shrug* I usually put my termies as an elites, but if you can stick a command squad of terminators on a char, have a chaplain in termie (Interrogator?) armor all attached to an HQ choice, that frees up on elite slot that i'll plop the scouts onto. *shrug* I normally only come out with 2 elites slots on most builds I tinker with, except for my Black Saints. In all honesty, I am plenty fine with elite scouts. Although I think they should have had an option to take DA scouts or reg. scouts (ala the BA).
