The Original Land Raider sucked.
So a Dark Angels Player, took a Model of THAT Tank, and Converted it to a Land Raider
He then had his Army Showcased, they saw it, Sent pics of his Tank down to Model Production Team, who had a looksie at it, liked it.
Came up with a new Land Raider, and a while later, released the Land Raider we have today.
