neg ..for chosen all units get sorcerer ability ..and automatically pass psychic tests .... thats under the CHOSEN units .. which termis are ..
under marine units .. ie TROOPS ..it mentions aspiring champions being sorcerers ..and rubric sign get deamonic essence ... but THAT is not chosen ..which as far as I can tell the only way to get terminators is to select chosen ..upgrade to terminator armor
therefore .. you could make a terminator a sorcerer however the sorcerers don't get the deamonic essence special ability.
bear in mind ..I'm not argueing to be a knucklehead .. I am trying to figure out how it can be done without bending/breaking the rules
