In 2,000 points, you would be better off running with a unit of Rubric Terminators

This unit is very effective, with two wound terminators with power weapons, that can rapid fire twin-linked bolters and charge.
It's 42 points a model, whereas with Chosen you're paying 27 points for an un-upgraded single-wound sorcerer. SO go with the Terminators as above. It'll cost you 416 points total, and is muuuuch more effective.
