the blood angels win combat by 1 wound in your example...
the special 'feel no pain' save is just that - an addition save. as in your example you pass both rolls, no death company models are actually killed, therefore no actual 'wounds' are caused! (because they were saved!)
basically, when determining combat results and wins, you only ever count the actual wounds that models take - saved wounds are discounted!
