Okay, I like this list a lot more
The only thing I don't think you can do is the all powerweapons in the Command squad... lemme check in my codex real fast...
Nope, sorry, its actually a bit confusing, considering this is one of the 2 occasions where you can't get armory access with terminators honors.
However, you still get the free attack. Oh, and your standard bearer can get a power weapon though.
So, fix that, and you're good to go.
