I never really saw the Chaplains as enforcers of loyalty. More as embodiments of the zealot of faith. They may indeed follow a different indoctrination, and exclude the cult of the Emperor.
But one thing is very sure. They are utterly convinced the Emperor is a divine being, so why no Chaplains. I don't remember seeing in the fluff as the purpose of the Chaplains being solely to ensure loyalty. I may have to try and model a Grey Knights Chaplain, just for jollies. |
