sorry mate, but weapon restrictions are quite clear;
a) one 2-handed weapon + 1 single-handed weapon
b) 2 single-handed weapons.

look at the new dark angel codex; even thought each marine has a bolt pistol & bolter, you'll note that he doesn't get a CCW on top of that! (so even the newest 'dex is still maintaining that golden rule!
