The Devil Fish, Fire Warriors, and Kroot put together are a viciouse patrol to face. The Piranha will let you outmanuver all but Space Marines and Eldar and will let you take out enemy transports very quickly. If you can make a force with those four elements in it you will be a feared competitor. I don't know about battle suits in a combat patrol. I have never seen stealth suits in a combat patrol, and you cant use the Broad Side due to it's 2+ save or the Crisis suits due to the multiple wounds.
