well i knew that that normal marines couldnt do it but i thought maybe commanders could for some odd reason. mmk thats kewl.
but wait, if commanders could do it then so could vet seargents and that equals a power fist, bolt pistol, and bolter. not cool.
yea i guess it makes sense that they cant.
