nope. but it doesn't matter - they will still claim the +1A bonus for having 2 ccw's and all their attacks will ignore armour saves...
you simply can't combine more than 1 type of 'special' attack atribute - for example, you can't combine a lightning claw's re-roll with a power fist's S bonus!
