A couple of little points:

Regarding your DW army: I suggest fielding Sammael with a pair of L-claws instead of the Sword of Silence and storm bolter. I gather he's riding in one of the LRCs with the "Assault" squad and the Chaplain. Also, I'd stick at least one guy in that squad with a power fist or a thunder hammer. Otherwise, if it winds up in combat with a dreadnought or MC, it'll be in a world of hurt.

A couple points about the Drop Pod force: first, unless you're hot to use Azzy, I'd drop both him and the Command Squad, and instead field a termie-armored IC with a Termie Command Squad. If you think about it, the 5-man Command Squad you're sporting here costs almost as much as a 5-man Termie squad, and Azzy is frightfully expensive. If you fielded Belial instead, you'd probably come out ahead, points-wise.

As for the Company Vets, ditch all (or at least most) of the L-claws. Equip the sergeant with a power fist, and instead of the L-claws, sprinkle in a plasma gun and some combi-weapons. The idea with the drop pod army is to do a lot of damage the turn they arrive. Since they can't assault out of the pod, they have to do that by shooting. I know the DA drop pod entry doesn't state that you can't assault out of the thing, but you'd better assume that's an oversight, otherwise you're setting yourself up to generate a lot of arguments.

Finally, give your dread a heavy flamer. If it's in a drop pod, the heavy flamer is totally worth having.
