well i have a few question about this tau player. is he a new to the hobby. if so well then a few things are excusable as he could be trying to learn how to play.
also how many games has he played and also in case he has already been playing for a while is he new to your hobby center?
i would recommend sitting down with him and actually help him work on his list of what he can and can not have.
i mean seriously the last thing we need is a lack of fresh blood and money coming into the hobby.
