no clue aout his rules/equipment or such... i know that he had that assault 2 plasma rifle thingy and invulnerable saves out the wa-zoo! Not sure myself...the entry's in IA3. I'm fairly sure it's just a twin-linked plasma rifle and and normal shield generator. There was something else like a disruption pod on him but I don't know what it's ment to do

also, every model has a bonding knife as standard as it's a farsight army! Only those with access to the armory. So the fire warriors and broadside don't have one.
