The modifying of marks is eays enough, well to MK 5 anyway. Simply file off appropriate iconography, to where you can use greenstuff to make the segmented coin in the chest. Then, you can leave is as be (some chests with wings can have the wings left on, gives a nice flair), or add the sash type straps. I'll have to look up my old pre-heresy guide to see specifics.
