well, have you seen dave taylor's adeptus custodes on the US gw site? he converted at least marine for each mk of power from mk1 - mk6!
his army was also featured in WD300 as well...
if you've got a hobbytown shop close by, they are supposed to sell small brass ship building pins which is what dave used for all the earlier mk shoulder pads and such.
you can also order a buttload of mk5 chestplates off of battlewagon bitz too!
