Yeah, Erus has it right. An Inquisitor with a psycannon and Gun-servitors is cool. But since you're going Puritan, I would get a Grandmaster. Don't get a Brother-Captain for your HQ. You'll want something more than 1 wound. Get him a Terminator retinue, and then get a couple healthy-sized squads of Grey Knights (troops). Maybe another to teleport as a Fast Attack Choice. Get a Dreadnought or two with lascannons for anti-tank (if you're not allying with anything).
Actually, were you planning on allying with Marines or Guard? Or just taking pure bad-assery?
