Kudos to you! It will be a challenge, but your army will look cool and probably more than a little intimidating. But Stitch is right. Meltabombs on the Justicars. I also forgot about missile launchers on the dreadnoughts, which is definitely a good idea.
The Inquisitor with x3 Meltagun veteran guardsmen henchmen would also be a cool idea. Just make sure you do transport them like Stitch said 1) so they can take ou the tank quickly, and 2) so they don't get shot to hell.
