In response to the statement that orks are comic relief...
Orks, though perhaps funny, are even more dangerous than Chaos! These guys are impossible (well, almost impossible) to get off a planet once its been invaded. Look at Armeggedon, its been turned into a wasteland by a "funny" race... every day orks and humans fight on that planet (almost everyday at least) just because the Imperium doesn't want to lose it, and the orks like to fight.
The ork is able to make ANYTHING a weapon, a butter knife, even in the hands of a space marine isn't as deadly as it is in the hands of an ork!
Orks are the only race designed to fight, space marines are humans designed to fight, but, since humans aren't designed to fight, then orks easily are the coolest race in 40k.
