generally, only 1!
each unit will have its own rules regarding this, though for infantry squads, armoured fist units & conscripts, note that it always says 'upto one model may take...'
so that means wether or not you take a heavy weapon, one, and only one member of that squad can take a flamer/plasma gun etc...
