well if you're having fun, i say, go for it! haha. Msguardsman's warning is definitely justified though, pure GK is arguably one of the hardest armies to play [right around DE!] but honestly, if you like it and enjoy being outnumbered/facing the challenge, great! :] 40k is a game, after all :] sounds like you did pretty well with them too!
