I got mine from
K&J Magnetics, but you can find quite a few RE sellers just by searching Google for "rare earth magnets". I suggest disk magnets vs block magnets as a) drill bits make round holes, and b) disk magnets have their poles on their flat sides (axially magnetized), which makes it far easier to tell if you've got a pole sticking out or just another flat side.
And I mentioned Tau because that's the army I'm playing, and their vehicles and suits have TONS of options to choose from. Any army that offers options on its troops/vehicles/monsters will find use of quick swap magnets.
