++ Excellent HQ. Nice, cheap, reliable. ++

[Elite] Venerable Dreadnaught: Twin-linked Lascannon, Missile Launcher, Extra Armor, Tank Hunter @ 170 pts

++ Solid Anti-Tank. Expensive perhaps, but probably worth it ++

[Troops] 6 Bolters, 1 Lascannon, 1 Plasmagun @ 145 pts

++ Simple. if expensive. ++

++ Again. Consistency is good though. ++

[Fast Attack] Vet Sergeant (Terminator Honors) w/ Powerfist and Boltpistol, 2 Flamers, 5 Boltpistol @ 219 pts

++ Being a fan of these myself, excellent. Consider Plasma Pistols if facing MEQ's though. ++

[Fast Attack] Landspeeder Tornado @ 80 pts

++ Not a fan of these, but for 80pts a bargain ++

[Heavy Support] Predator Annihilator: Heavy Bolter Sponsons, Extra Armor @ 135 pts

++ Abit much anti-tank in this list, but hey whatever floats your boat ++

Overall, good list. Id probably lean toward more Assault, but thats my preferance....
