The new Dark Angels codex has a special character, the Master of the Deathwing (I've forgotten his name now), that allows you to take Termies as troops.
Oh course there are more restrictions on the termie squads, the number of squad members is fixed at 5 and certain weapon upgrades cost more than normal.

They also have the master of the Ravenwing which allows you to take Bike squadrons as troops.
