Yes, Master Belial of the Deathwing allows you to fields terminator squads as troop choices as well as elites, so theoretically you can field 45 terminators plus a pair of heros. Now, you also have the options to take Land Raider Crusaders at a cheaper price as well! They are the same cost as the Land Raider and i think that is a good idea!
