Well I think that we should have a request forum within the Librarium sub forum. In that forum, any member can recommend or request an article to be made on a subject.
After that, a librarian (or many Librarians working together) will volenteer to work on making the article. They will post a draft version on another forum in the Librarium. We can call it 'Article development' or something like that. In that thread the librarians discuss the article and find out what is wrong with it. That means that all the information that will be in the article will be checked by other librarians.
Then once the librarians have agreed on the validity article, then the final version can be posted in an 'Article Release' forum. Here the Lexomechanics check the article for Spelling & Grammer. Then I will add the finished article into the Librarium Database.
So, to sumarise:
