You've got nice clean lines, which is good, but I get the impression of a painter that's still got some way to go; some lines could be cleaner, the blended parts could be blended smoother, more shading effects could be applied, and there isn't much contrast of colors.
That isn't a universal assessment. The support weapon's lines are not good, true, and the black and yellow alternating lines on some of the Iron Warriors could use a bit of straightening out. In general, the lines are pretty clean and well done, though.
Blending, yes, you have some decent shading on the Howling Banshee and the Reaper. However, the blending of colors on the support platform is pretty rough, unless the photo doesn't do your model justice. Which is possible.
Shading effects, I think I would have tried applying at least a Bleached Bone drybrush to the universal Snakebite Leather on the Guardsman's pants. Snakebite Leather has got to be the single most blah color in the world, or so I think.
The final thing I would mention is contrast of colors. You'll notice, for example - you have a Howling Banshee whose armor is a single universal color. Although the armor plates are brought into contrast with the rest of the bodysuit, and you CAN achieve a desirable "clean" effect, too much simplicity can be, well, boring. The Reaper has mostly dark, with no contrasting colors. The support platform has really large areas painted black with nothing bringing out the details.
If I were to paint the Reaper, for example, I would at the very least put a secondary color on the gun, probably blending it into the black. I'd use that same secondary color on the armor joints, or possibly wet blend that color onto the edges or the center of the armor plates. Then, I'd take the gun muzzle, which is pretty large, and do SOMETHING with it other than paint it a single universal color. Maybe dags, maybe lightning bolts, maybe just some blended color around the gun vents. But something.

Of course - these might just be models that are painted to "army" standard, but I think that even models that are mass-produced can look far more distinctive with some additional colors.
In general, pretty good work. Strip the weapon platform, give the Guardsman new pants, try painting some test models with more colors. Try it with a buncha different models.
Cheers.
