i honestly dont know how you can paint models on the sprues. i find the sprues get in the way of the painting more than an assembled model does and the amount of touching up you have to do to the model after you snip it off th sprue makes it more hassle that its worth.
and if youre serious about painting the models as best you can dont you think its best you highlight the model once its assembled? otherwise your lighting will differ from body part to body part, and thatll look a bit strange |
